RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

RETURNS OVERVIEW
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange, except where required by law.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging (including all accessories and serial/IMEI labels where applicable). All returns must be authorised in advance.
HOW TO START A RETURN (RMA)
Email admin@booksnow.org within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). We’ll provide the correct returns address with your RMA. Please do not send items without an RMA.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Digital/downloadable software products and licence keys (including Microsoft Office) once delivered or activated.
- Items returned not in original condition, missing parts, or without serial/IMEI labels.
- Water-damaged or otherwise misused items.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@booksnow.org with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once assessed.
EXCHANGES
We replace items only if defective or damaged. If you need the same item exchanged, please request an RMA as above.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If a refund seems late after our confirmation, please check with your bank or card issuer; processing times can vary.
SHIPPING RETURNS
Unless the item is confirmed faulty on arrival, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable and insured service. Risk of loss remains with you until we receive the return.
WARRANTIES
We provide a 6-month limited warranty on all electronic items and watch parts. This covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. After the 30-day returns period, items that develop a fault can be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard delivery within the UK usually takes 2–5 business days. International delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service.
TRACKING
Where applicable, tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched. Tracking records are retained for 30 days in line with our returns policy.
SHIPPING COSTS & DUTIES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties or taxes.
